Creating a Safe, Empowering Space for Mental Health Support
Foster Your Mind was founded to create a space where mental health support feels safe, stigma-free, and empowering, especially for children and young people.
Hi, I'm Kate Foster counsellor, educator, passionate advocate for young minds, young people and adults.
Whether it’s through individual counselling, mindfulness-based programs, or professional development, our work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a whole lot of heart.
Together, we can reduce stigma, build self-awareness, and create a ripple effect of positive mental health in homes, schools, and communities.
