Hi, I'm Kate Foster counsellor, educator, passionate advocate for young minds, young people and adults.

Whether it’s through individual counselling, mindfulness-based programs, or professional development, our work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a whole lot of heart.

Together, we can reduce stigma, build self-awareness, and create a ripple effect of positive mental health in homes, schools, and communities.
